Microchip has announced an automotive voltage reference with 7ppm/°C maximum temperature coefficient. Called MCP1502, it works over -40 to +125°C and is qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1. The company is keen to mention the parts lineage: “MCP1502 is based on the already-proven MCP1501 Vref architecture, which has been in the market for more than five years.” ...
