With this in mind we have been working alongside SGS Ltd to achieve and maintain the ISO9001:2015 standard and it’s predecessors since 1995.
The company’s Quality Manual controls all company activity from storage of components and Sales Order processing through to the manufacture and shipping of your product to ensure that the highest standards are maintained at every stage of production. Striving towards continuous improvement all processes are audited regularly by an internal auditor, whose role it is not to ask ‘Is the quality manual being followed?’ but rather ‘Does this process help, is there a way we can improve it?’. We also undergo a full review of the document bi-annually at a meeting of the full management team, and are audited every 12 months by SGS Grangemouth to ensure continued compliance with the standard.
