China and Samsung have agreed to limit price rises in mobile DRAM, reports Trendforce. China’s National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) is reported to be signing an MOU with Samsung which limits price rises. The China government was concerned about effect of the rising price of mobile DRAM on  its smartphone industry.
