Icom-Scottech have years of experience in the supply of LED PCBs. We have supplied aluminium clad PCBs for use in high power/ temperature applications through to conventional FR4 PCBs. Our SMT placement machine is designed for the LED production industry. A range of special nozzles are available for kinds of current LEDS used in the market place. As new LEDs are developed, our equipment manufacturer follows with a release of new nozzles capable of placing the LEDs in the most efficient way, without damaging the LED. The placement machine is capable of producing 1200mm long LED PCBs.

We have also assisted a few companies with design for manufacture. They came to us with a design specification and we have assisted them with the development of production suitable prototypes. These customers are now running at full scale production.
